The Squat [GET FIT TIPS]

Do you know SQUAT? This move is a fantastic exercise, when you are doing it right. For the-so-called-right-squat meh nak bagitahu :p

You can try it by yourself at home.

First step: Facing the mirror

Second step: Stand barefoot with feet hip-width apart so your second toes are pointing forward.

Squat, then rise up.

Apa yang best buat squat ni, badan akan rasa fit even mula-mula tu rasa berat jugak la badan sakit-sakit kaki. Tapi siapa yang taknak bentuk badan yang cantik kan? Kena la berkorban sikit. I'm not telling you it's going to be easy, I'm telling you it's going to be worth it. Kalau taknak tak payah buat :p 
 
For the best results, do the 30 days squat challenge. For the beginner, jom mulakan hari ini! :)
